The host had stopped accepting bookings six months ago yet still took my payment and confirmed the reservation. I only learned of this when the host emailed me to say they were no longer taking bookings. Fortunately they did, because I would have had no time to find another place for the night, especially with rooms already booked for the Luke Combs concert.

I had been booked for three months but never got in; the place was closed and nobody told me we’d be moved or that it was shut down. I flew from Spain to London and ended up on the street with no apartment, ruining the whole experience for me and my partner. I refuse to ever deal with you again and I’m seriously considering reporting you.

The bathroom was very clean and welcoming, but the bed was uncomfortable and my girlfriend didn’t like it much.

We were told a day before arrival that the property was unavailable and offered a different place or a refund. Since the new place didn’t meet our needs, we asked for a refund. Being notified with only one day’s notice, after paying for flights and checking in, caused us significant hassle that a refund alone can’t fix. I hope they remove this property from their listings. Thanks to Booking, not them. Saludos.

The house was large, felt newly furnished, and the kitchen was spacious with most of what you’d need. However, the master lock on the front door failed one night; I reached out to the host who said a mechanic would come, and he arrived at 11:30 pm. From 8 pm to 11:30 pm we couldn’t secure the main door, which is a major security concern, and the host’s attitude was nonchalant. Also, when we arrived that night the back door and kitchen windows were all open. The location is fine, the bus stop is right outside, but it takes almost an hour to reach Central London. Overall, security needs serious improvement; it might be better to book an Airbnb with a more responsive host.
