I liked the location near the casino and found the rooms neat and clean, but I wish there were more activities for kids.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff were very kind and provided a good treat. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall hospitality and the luxurious facilities, which didn't quite live up to my expectations.

My recent stay had its ups and downs. The breakfast was decent, although the fruit slices were a bit dry and not well covered. I appreciated how the owner's presence seemed to motivate the staff to focus on their duties. However, the communication was subpar, particularly with regards to the air conditioning issues. Despite someone reporting the problem since morning, the staff didn't seem to address it adequately, and the breaker kept tripping every 10 minutes, disrupting my stay.
