The pool area could have been cleaner.

“Not enough space”

The pool area and breakfast were always great, and the morning staff member was always wonderful. However, people partying in the parking lot made it difficult for my fiancé to find a spot, forcing him to park at the far end; we also saw beer bottles on the ground blocking half the road. At night the lady couldn't do much to help when we told her the door wouldn't lock and the mini fridge was completely broken.

The moment we pulled up, it was obvious the area was surrounded by people under the influence of something terrible, creating a very uneasy and uncomfortable feeling.

“Do not waste your money!”

There was nothing good to say about our stay. Trash covered the grounds around the hotel, and it was very dark at night, making us uneasy even leaving our car in the lot. Stairwell doors were propped open with rocks. When we entered our room, the window was open and the screen was bent out; the place was dirty everywhere, curtains had holes, beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the shower was horrible—we didn't even use it.

“Avoid this place.”

They gave us a bottle of cold water when we checked out. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke; we were moved to a musty, damp room that required a bottle of cologne to make it tolerable for the night. No towels were available in the pool area, and we were told we couldn't have any when we asked. The area felt sketchy, and the EV charger was tucked into a dark, hard‑to‑reach corner. I had to remove a frog from the hot tub and place it outside again. Several doors were open or propped open, and the neighbor’s TV sounded as if it was in our room. Morning coffee was terrible; I might have missed something, but we literally checked the sheets to confirm they were clean.
