The spot is fantastic—right in a quieter part of the old town, close to sights yet not disturbed. I was happy to see a crisp, juicy pear on the breakfast spread. Communication was smooth, and the OVIR registration was done online, no paper or photo proof needed. The only hiccup was that the hot water tap in the shower turns to the right, so keep an eye on that.

The room was comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the attractions. The breakfast is simple but worth every penny.

The checkout time was listed as 24:00, but in reality it was 12:00. Luckily, the lounge let me wait until the train schedule, which was a big help, and I got to chat with people from various countries.

The location was spot on, within walking distance of all the key spots in Khiva’s old city. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
