The experience was absolutely unacceptable: no hygiene, no hot water, staff unhelpful, and the rooms didn’t match the price of ₹16,000. Stay away if you care about comfort and cleanliness.

The rooms varied; they weren’t the same as shown on booking. The room was small, smelled bad, wasn’t maintained, the bed was odorous and unclean, the bathroom was filthy and smelled very bad.

The hotel's location was a major plus, being close to the city center made it easy to get around. However, the rooms were a different story - they were small and lacked proper ventilation, which made them feel stuffy and uncomfortable. What really bothered me, though, was the safety and privacy issues. The doors didn't lock properly and the windows were old, making me feel like I was exposed the whole time.

The rooms were spotless, which was a definite plus. I was expecting a lot more from this place, but it delivered on the cleanliness front at least.
