The room was very clean and quiet, but there were only three pillows for my wife and me, and they were flat and hard.

The location was fine, but the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to listen to what I had to say and ignoring my concerns; I will never stay there again while that man is employed.

They had astro turf for pet guests and the room was comfortable. The AC filters were clogged and the tub drained so slowly that I worried it might back up on me; I was told that all tubs drain slowly there—really?
