“We had a decent and comfortable stay thanks to the excellent service by your staff.”
The staff were excellent, but the wall in the Suite was damp and the paint was damaged, so the room clearly needs renovation.
The place was comfortable and there were plenty of shops nearby.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the location was great, and the value for money was good, with no specific complaints.
Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a great location and a reasonable price, but the safe was broken and the room Wi‑Fi didn’t work. We also wanted some clothes laundered, but the in‑house laundry was unavailable; they set us up with another service that charged 2700 INR for 27 items, mostly socks and underwear, with a separate charge per sock. The clothes came back damp and very expensive. We asked for a taxi to Kalka (about an hour away); they quoted 3200 INR, but we booked an Uber Deluxe intercity for 800 INR instead. Breakfast wasn’t great, the location was fine, but there are probably better options for the price.
