Excellent. The place is wonderful.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and did what they could. They would bring you your order. The gym was old and broken, there were plants and parts of the building that looked abandoned as if the hotel was about to close. We always had to ask for shower gel. The fridge didn’t cool, they had to bring another one that was dirty and noisy. The towels were old and broken; personally I don’t think this hotel deserves five stars.

The air conditioning was a nightmare on the last day; no matter what temperature I set it to, it dropped to 16 and felt like a freezer for most of my stay, so I kept it off. Also, towels and Kleenex were never provided in the room.
