Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

“Good rooms and facilities, excellent service.”

The rooms were nice, the beds very comfortable, and the bathrooms reasonable. The pool and gym were good quality. The restaurant and bars were very good with excellent service, and staff across the hotel were excellent. The only downside was that it was a little expensive compared to other 4* hotels in Bangalore.

The cleaning service was outstanding and the room was very clean overall. The warm wooden floor in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast wasn’t very good: the omelette was undercooked and the paratha was dried out. For some reason, the staff wouldn’t let guests use the coffee machine and insisted on bringing coffee themselves, which took them forever.

“Good option overall with great location.”

I was in the area and could walk straight to EcoWorld, which was super handy. Mr Jagadish was on hand the whole time and helped out whenever I needed. The breakfast was good, and my room was roomy and practical with no problems at all. I can't think of any negatives.

The place works well because of its location, the mattress feels firm, the bathroom is clean, the restaurant food is tasty, and the staff are helpful.
