This place really knows how to do things right. The breakfast spread is incredible, with every option imaginable. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, and the manager's service level is top-notch. If I had to put a price on exceptional management, this guy would get it hands down.

The staff here are a real credit to the hotel. They're friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. Unfortunately, the room arrangement could be improved - it felt a bit cramped and disorganized.

We had a fantastic stay here for three nights, thanks to the hotel's convenient location and easy access to all the tourist hotspots. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Prejith, were super helpful and arranged a great local tour for us. The breakfast was also top-notch, with a well-managed restaurant that served up a delicious spread.
