The only bright spot was the spot‑on location right in front of SM. The floor was filthy, making our toddler’s shoes look as if they’d walked through a puddle and turned black—no exaggeration—and we had to keep reminding the staff to mop it. The bathroom had a strong sewage odor, and the bed sheets were stained.

The hotel was close to the city. I spotted a cockroach on the sofa and there were no slippers provided.

The room décor was nice, giving the place a boutique feel. The room with a sliding door facing the road was noisy, but the family room was quiet and cozy.
