Tenuta San Nicola

“ottimo soggiorno e qualità prezzo”

A very pleasant stay in a quiet, well‑organized facility. The room was welcoming, tidy, and had every comfort. The staff were professional and always available. The Wi‑Fi connection was great, stable even during extended use. The location is strategic, convenient for visiting Lecce and moving around the various Salento areas. Another strong point is the competitive price‑quality ratio for the services offered. The pool was also highly appreciated, perfect for relaxing. The only negative was that dinner wasn’t available.

“Piacevole”

A genuinely positive experience at Tenuta San Nicola! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. Wi‑Fi is fast and works throughout the property. The value for money is excellent, especially with the pool and the wide green spaces. The location is very convenient, quiet, and ideal for easily reaching Lecce and the main Salento destinations. The property is well maintained and highly recommended! The only downside was the lack of dinner options.

The room itself is well organized with plenty of space. The breakfast spread is generous, and the area has large windows overlooking one of the pools. We noticed a lot of rising damp from the walls, the radiators weren’t working even in the bathroom, and it was very cold. On the first night we slept with just one split in the double room; the other one in the hallway was off, but the next day after fiddling with a few switches it started again. The biggest issue was the cold shower on the second day. After three hours they moved us to another room because the building was empty.

“Fantastisch”

A beautiful and peaceful location. The reception was very friendly and helpful, with chilled wine ready in a bottle. The breakfast was fantastic. Parking is available at the accommodation. The bathroom was in need of renovation.
