“B&B geht absolut klar, aber leider nicht bei dem Preis”
The owner was really friendly; parking across the street was easily usable; we could use the breakfast room for our own meals; Wi‑Fi worked for streaming on our own device; the accommodation overall looked clean (only the toothbrush cup wasn’t cleaned). Everything was very simple and dated; the location had no special attractions nearby; the accommodation had two rooms, but the breakfast room only allowed one party at the “proper table”; the room was quite small and practically un‑furnished (no TV, no shower gel); the bedroom door was hard to open (almost didn’t open at all); it was relatively noisy (though it was quiet enough in the early evening); there were almost no storage options or hooks in the room; the beds were also quite simple and a bit hard (but overall acceptable). Even for Scotland, the price for such a simple and older accommodation was simply not reasonable (at almost all other places we got significantly more for that amount, which is why the review is so negative).
