The staff were very kind and friendly. Wi‑Fi worked without issues. Check‑in was very smooth and pleasant. They also stored my luggage before and after check‑in.

The staff are exceptional; nothing was too much for them, and we saw them from our window helping people cross the crazy traffic. We stayed in the balcony room, which was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view of the Dragon Bridge. The location is fantastic, right on the river, and we couldn’t have asked for more. If we ever return, we’ll definitely stay there again.
