Holiday Inn Express - Kingston West by IHG

The property was very clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast area was small and crowded, with few places to sit.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, but the staff were extremely helpful in correcting it at no extra charge.

“Lovely stay”

The room was huge with all the amenities, Dove products in the bathroom, and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows. There was plenty of seating and good lighting in the room, and no road noise outside. Breakfast was magnificent, even though they ran out of bacon! The warm cinnamon buns were gorgeous, and the yoghurts and porridge were a welcome change. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool, gym, and laundry facilities were also available. However, there wasn’t enough seating at breakfast, and the corridors were noisy late at night with other guests’ loud voices and doors slamming.
