The staff gave a warm welcome, the décor is pleasant and the spot is right where you need to be, which made a solid first impression. Unfortunately the kitchen was left a mess – food scraps in the sink, a greasy dish sponge, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and the room carried a faint mold smell that needed some fresh air.
