I liked the location, right in the heart of Turin, and the reception was excellent; the rooms were tidy and the beds were made daily. The soundproofing was nonexistent, so you hear your room neighbors and those above you—every step feels like it's on your head, and every word seems right next to you. The bathrooms are outside the rooms, requiring you to walk through common areas.

The lounge is good, but it's too expensive for what you get. The website description is unclear, the soundproofing is terrible, and I was woken in the middle of the night by hallway lights that illuminate the room. The bathroom and toilet are on the landing, there's no coffee—only tea. And the big surprise at check‑in: a €25 surcharge for a pet! I travel a lot and always choose listings that say "pets accepted"; even if it says "a surcharge may apply," I've never paid such a fee. If the owner wants to charge that, it must be clearly stated online. That's a huge mistake—voluntary? I wonder. I would never have chosen this place.

The place has a decent location, setting, and room, but the room smells old, it's very noisy—you can hear people upstairs walking, which is disturbing, and the toilet is a bit too far from the room.
