The bed was comfortable, but we had a bad experience with the apartment management. Because of an electrical fault, we were without power for several hours, causing significant inconvenience. The worst part was the hosts’ conduct: they were unreachable until Booking’s customer service intervened (thanks for the help), and once contacted, they took no responsibility, offered no refund for spoiled food, nor did they make any gesture to address the troubles we endured. We understand a fault can happen, but the complete lack of care and attention toward guests deeply disappointed us.
