The bar area staff were polite. I tried to locate the room, the bathroom was very bad, tiles were broken, and there was mould in the tiles.

The location and staff were solid, and the wardrobe was huge with plenty of coat hooks, but the bath/shower splitter only works when cold water runs through it, and there’s no desk or table area; moving the wardrobe or shrinking its size could solve that.

The place is right in the city centre, which is convenient, but the stairs are pretty steep.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the location was good, the room was well equipped, I felt safe, and breakfast was lovely, yet you’ll need earplugs if you stay over the weekend because the pub is quiet but the bar/club across the road stays noisy until about 3am, and the glass bottle bins and drunken revellers kept me from sleeping at all.
