“Sentirsi a casa a fianco al mare”
Everything was perfect! Paola was a genuinely warm person who made sure I never lacked anything during my entire stay. The convenient location let me move freely by public transport and car. It was truly a pleasure and I hope to return soon—big hug!

We really liked that the accommodation was close to the shore and beach. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The place was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It was better for us to spend our holiday here than in a hotel, because it was convenient and felt like home. Everything was liked.

A cute apartment with a sea‑view terrace. Clean and equipped with all comforts, in an excellent location, 4 minutes from Eurospin and Iperpan, practically attached to the Poetto beach. The owner Paola is truly very kind and available. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Cagliari, which I recommend seeing.
“Disappointing stay no comfort no quality”
Near the beach, but unfortunately the experience at this accommodation fell far below expectations. Though the description suggested an apartment, it was actually a single 22 m² room with a bathroom, part of a house where the owner lives, completely compromising privacy, especially with constant family noise. The outdoor area only had a sink and a stove, making meal preparation very limited and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was poorly positioned, blowing directly onto one of the beds, which can be unpleasant at night. The table only had two chairs, insufficient for a group of four. The TV was extremely small and practically unusable. Moreover, there were no curtains, compromising privacy and rest due to light intrusion. A piece of furniture blocked a door, and the room had no windows. Of all our stays in Sardinia, this was undoubtedly the most expensive and completely disproportionate. It offers no quality or comfort. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, or suitable conditions for a family stay.
