The relaxed policy for bringing dogs was appreciated. The wardrobe handle was broken, and the wardrobe blanket was full of lint and looked old, so I didn’t really want to use it. I wondered if it should be replaced or just left out.

Parking was hard to get into because of a stone wall that blocked the way, and the area around was dark, which caused my car to get scratched. The staff’s response was cold, leaving me disappointed.
