The place was clean and organized, but there was no help with luggage, and if you need to check out before 12:00 there’s no staff available at reception; the control panel was weak, so we had to swap the good stack between the AC and TV controls.

The location and the room were great, but the double bed felt a bit hard.

The staff was super friendly and the luggage storage was a great option! You can hear other guests a little, but it wasn’t that bad.

The colonial style with all the comforts is nice, but the Madrid renovations make access difficult… Often the authorities don’t fix the collateral damage for tourists. That’s not the staff’s fault.
