The rooms were modern and clean, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and they even went out of their way to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, though the rooms were on the smaller side.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the mattresses were very comfortable, the location was central yet relatively quiet, and the room was cozily furnished, but the view looked out onto a small, ugly courtyard with almost no daylight.

They happily held our bags so we could attend our event, and checking in late at night was a breeze; the morning coffee was excellent. The downside is that the valet doesn’t start until 7 am, making early departures tricky.
