The location is great, with the bus to the city center in a few minutes, and the room was clean and tidy; shops like Norma, a Turkish supermarket, a bakery, and a quick snack spot are all within walking distance, plus a laundromat across the street and a bus stop. What really confused us was the staff at check‑in: they barely spoke to us, apparently an internal error occurred, and the next night, after a wedding, we couldn’t get into our room. We had booked three nights but were checked out a day early, and that had to be fixed in the middle of the night. The man who came was very friendly and quick, and the booking was correct in the system and confirmed. At check‑in I only heard “Did you change that?” and “Ah, another credit‑card thing” and something about booking. A shame, because for the price over 300 €, it should have worked.
