The staff were friendly and the location was great. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work, so we were only offered a floor fan.

Overall the room was nice. I paid for the room online, yet they charged me again at the hotel, and the hot water wasn’t working.

The location was fantastic—walking distance to entertainment. Breakfast was delicious and included in the stay, and the chef did a great job keeping everything fresh and available for all guests. Customer service was excellent, the check‑in was easy, and I’ll definitely stay again.

This is our third stay, and we’ll come back. Every room is a suite, and getting a suite at this price is amazing. The place is clean and the staff are helpful and kind. This time the A/C in our room wasn’t cooling properly, so they moved us to another room across the hall right away, and I called someone to fix the old room.
