The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with an extremely friendly and helpful staff, enchanting views and calmness—one of my best experiences in northern Italy. The air conditioning didn’t meet expectations and the price was high.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spa and pools, which I'd rate 10 out of 10. However, I was expecting a lot more from the food, which unfortunately didn't quite meet my expectations.

My stay was absolutely perfect, with the staff doing an outstanding job of keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. Unfortunately, I had to leave sooner than I would have liked, which was a bit of a disappointment.
