The hotel’s location was ideal for our event and nearby activities, and breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was excellent. Check‑in was delayed because the system was down for 3–4 hours, with no extra compensation for the huge inconvenience. The AC failed and the unit had to be replaced.

Breakfast and service were excellent. The room needed some repairs: the carpet around the window was wet, the HVAC was damp, and the shower drainage was slow.

The location was convenient. The doors were extremely hard to open; I had to ask someone else for help. The front desk was experiencing computer problems, which isn’t their fault, but the girl checking out was very rude about it.
