The location and beds were comfortable, and the overhead light/fan looked nice and worked well with the AC to keep the room cool; however, the bathroom facilities need upgrading, the shower/tub are from the 1970‑80s, the ceiling needs serious refinishing, the floor had not been swept and showed dirt grime, and the breakfast did not include hot items such as eggs and sausage.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, and my room stayed clean overall. However, the pillow cases were stained and I had to request more because I wasn’t sure they were clean, and the bedspread also looked dirty. The phone had no dial tone when I tried calling the front desk, and the curtain handle fell off as soon as I opened it. I never received instructions on how to switch the cable to the TV, so I had to walk down to the office to get a paper with directions—something that should have been given with the room key. On the first night, neighbors slammed doors and stomped around, and on the third night a crying girl knocked for an hour trying to get in while her boyfriend wouldn’t open the door.

The staff was fantastic, but the TV needed me to manually switch to HDMI 1 for the satellite input every time I turned it on.
