Everything was perfect: the location convenient and central, the building clean and well‑kept in every detail, the welcome and breakfast excellent, the staff truly helpful, kind and attentive, and the breakfast a dream as were the rooms.

“Wunderbar”

The stay was a complete success! First, the staff were all super friendly, attentive, and warm. In many hotels you hear that you can always ask questions, but you still feel like you’re bothering people – not here! Whatever question or challenge we had, everyone tried to help. They were all very warm and thoughtful, and you can tell they care about the house. Thank you for that! Breakfast was very tasty, plentiful, traditionally Moroccan, yet varied. The rooms are very beautiful and immediately give you the feeling of being in Morocco! The great thing about the riads is that it’s eerily quiet inside, no matter where you are in the city. The rooftop pool is the icing on the cake!

“Perfect”

The location is great, the staff exceptional—warm and helpful. Ibra at reception arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport, met me at the drop‑off, and carried my luggage to the Afous. Sanne arranged a car for my return to the airport and carried my luggage to the car. My room with AC was huge and beautiful, and check out the tiled bath! Breakfast was lovely, and there’s a rooftop with a pool. Nothing!
