Guests enjoy local and international cuisine in the restaurant, relaxation in the bar or hammam, and fitness facilities. It's a 5-minute walk to St Rombouts Cathedral and Market Square.

The location was good. The bar staff were super nice! We could bring our dog. The breakfast was seeeehhhr limited, only one type of jam, a poor bread selection, and overall the spread was rather sad. The hotel is externally extremely noisy. There are no hotel‑owned parking spots, so additional costs arise. The bar offers exactly two types of dry wine, suitable for those who like it dry. There are exactly two German channels, one of which is a shopping channel—real shame. Overall, I’m very disappointed; 4 stars are not justified.

The room was clean, with a kettle and tea, a small fridge. Excellent location, close to a shop and the center of this charming town.

Great location, very friendly staff, well equipped, and problems are taken seriously. We booked a suite, but the minibar was empty and there was no water in the room. We admit it was our fault that we reported this only the next day, because we were out and noticed it only late at night. They assured us it was an oversight.

Great location and the room was fabulous. I’m gutted we only stayed one night since we were just passing through the area. Nothing else; the place was great.
