It was far from what we expected from CityHouse. It’s equivalent to a grade C/1‑star hotel. Everything about the experience fell short.

This place really delivered on comfort and amenities. The room was huge and had everything we needed, plus it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the security guards who went above and beyond. The location was a bit of a trek to the main attractions, but it was nice and quiet, and Grab taxis were super cheap so it was no hassle to get around.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it's still got some teething issues. We stayed here recently and the smell of new furniture was overpowering - it's like they'd just finished a massive renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the smell was really unpleasant and made it hard to relax in our room. It's a shame, because with a bit more time to air out, this place could be really great.

“Higly recommended”

I was really impressed with this place - the room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the decor was top-notch. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a dream to use. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from district 1 and the airport. For the price, I thought it was an absolute steal.
