We were disappointed because the host never showed up, took our payment from my credit card, and never refunded it; I want my money back! It's a scam—money was taken from my credit, and I have to pay tomorrow; the host didn't appear, ruining our day, leaving us nowhere to go, forcing us to book an expensive place just to stay on New Year’s Eve, double trouble that cost us a lot and left us very disappointed.
