The apartment is very nicely located. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage and a bike storage area. Public transport by bus and train connects well to nearby cities and hiking areas.

“Peaceful, alot to see, great value, safe, surrounded by gorgeous mountains and orchards”

Terlan(o) offers the perfect spot to experience the Bozen (Bolzano) area, combining town amenities with village quiet. Frequent public transport links Bozen (Bolzano) and Meran(o). Two grocery stores, a butcher, a wine shop, a gelateria, gift shops, a beautiful church, and a helpful tourist office are all nearby. Das Landhaus was quiet, walkable, convenient, and our bikes were safely stored in a secure garage. Anna was a wonderful hostess! Everything was great!

We were greeted very warmly. Restaurants and shops are nearby and reachable on foot. Thank you for the valuable hiking suggestions. We also appreciated the proximity to Bolzano and Merano.

“Terlan ist eine Reise wert”

Parking is available in front of the building or in the TG; the apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Everything around—restaurants, train station, Etsch trail, shops—was within easy walking distance. A great base for all activities. Owner Fr. Schwembacher was very friendly and accommodating, and she happily recommends hiking tours. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

“Una casa in mezzo al verde al centro di Terlano. Bellissima struttura!”

The location is perfect, right in the center of Terlano. The garden is lovely, and shared space includes ping‑pong and a barbecue! Nothing to complain about.
