Being closer to the event venue was a plus, but the water pressure was poor and the management hadn’t checked the shower before I checked in. When I tried to shower, no water came out, so I had to leave the bathroom and call the front desk; they replaced the showerhead quickly, which I appreciated, yet the pressure stayed weak.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but I got bedbug bites on my legs and arms, and I didn’t feel the bed was clean after seeing a long strand of black hair when I lay down. We just let it go because we had no other choice.

Kristine was very helpful when I asked for help renting a car, and the guards and staff were very courteous, but the faucet was clogged.

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect & i didn’t care about the fact na it’s quite far from matina area since i preferred to take grab to get from point to point. The staff were amazing as well as the security. It’s perfect for solo trips. Did i mention they have free breakfast?. nothing really! it could be quite small lang for 2 people but perfect for 1

The parking lot is huge and the staff are very friendly, which made checking in a breeze. On the flip side, the breakfast portions were on the smaller side, and my request for the following day was mishandled.
