The host was very flexible and helpful, which is wonderful to meet! The neighborhood is very nice and the place is super clean. It is far from the old town, but honestly, Florence makes it hard to get any closer without paying absurd amounts for noisy nights. Here it was a good price and a quiet neighborhood. It takes about a 30‑40 minute walk to reach the Cathedral.

The location is good: a short walk from free parking and the center of Florence. Also, without breakfast, it is very close to bars and pastry shops. The building is quiet. The bed is comfortable.

Absolutely yes! The location is great! I would like to express incredible and special thanks to the host, Mr. Andrey! A decent, mature man who responded very quickly even when I wrote late. Andrey helped with several things, as I traveled through Italy from south to north for two weeks, and this was one of the best stays. Comfortable, clean, tidy apartments, conveniently within walking distance to the city center. Excellent shower, large and wide, great plumbing, quiet street, comfortable bed! I wish the host good health and many good guests!

The owner was very helpful and attentive, the rooms were cleaned daily, AC was provided in the room, the large bathroom and the facilities serve their purpose well. The location was not as close as I would have hoped; I wish I had realized sooner. There is a small kitchen that you share with other guests; we would have liked utensils to use some of the cookware. The doors are very thin and you can hear other guests very clearly; the noise wasn’t an issue that kept us up, more of a privacy thing to be aware of. We had many struggles opening the condo door in the hallway on the second floor.
