Lorenzo gave an exceptional welcome. The apartment was in a large house in the countryside, very spacious, very clean, very well equipped, and perfect for visiting Urbino. Lorenzo made us some excellent pastries for breakfast. In addition, Lorenzo offers pizza, we tried it and it was excellent. Nothing at all.

I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to do it properly, because this B&B is worth choosing if you’re looking for a second home for a few days, which is a bit more than just “bed and breakfast,” a lot more, but not everyone may want that. At Ai Canonici you’re greeted by Mr Lorenzo, always ready with local tips, for chat, never intrusive. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, with a wonderful view and a garden available. Great location, 5 minutes from Urbino, an hour and 15 from the Frasassi caves. My family and I liked everything and we can only recommend it.

The owner is extremely kind and super helpful. The room comfort is good. If you’re content (as we were) everything you need is there.
