The hotel’s location is excellent. We stayed in a room with a balcony; it was large, the bed comfortable, and had everything we needed. Nearby is a big supermarket, a beautiful pond, and taxis are cheap to all attractions because everything is close. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, with a lot of ordinary food we didn’t understand, but the manager was a wonderful person who spoke Russian, gave advice and explained everything. Thank you for the hospitality! The only issue was that the hotel had no heater; it was March, the day temperature was +28, but at night it dropped to +15 and it was cold in the room.

“Solo per asiatici del sud. Per gli altri fuggite.”

Everything looked perfect at first glance, just the appearance of the furnishings. The mattress was a nightmare, causing back pain every morning, and the pillows were too thin. The bathroom had no hot water, the breakfast for non-Asians was completely missing, and it was almost never restocked. The hotel spa was unusable.

The location is good and the place is clean. The window in room 404 couldn’t lock, so I had to separate the light switch and exhaust fan in the WC because it was very cold while showering and I couldn’t turn off the fan.

“Overpriced not special about the place”

The place sits nicely by the lake, but the price feels high for what’s offered.
