The place felt cosy and welcoming, but the location is a bit hard to find.

The receptionist was truly amazing and helpful, though I can’t recall her name; the rest of the staff were equally great, yet the power supply was unreliable and hard to stabilize.

Unfortunately, this hotel seemed completely unprepared to handle Brazilian guests. I made a reservation for 2 days, but when I went to pay, I was told I had to pay a much higher rate than what was listed on the site.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the front desk. She was always available to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel's location feels a bit hidden, which might make it difficult for some guests to find. Despite this, the hotel itself is good and the ambiance is superb.

I was really impressed with how clean the hotel was, and I have to say that the staff were fantastic - they treated me like royalty. Everything about my stay was amazing, from the room to the service to the overall atmosphere.
