The staff were outstanding, the location was perfect, the establishment felt secure and was air‑conditioned. However, the toilet jammed behind the bathroom door, which was inconvenient; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms—switches, plug usage, and conversations—through our door.

The room and ensuite were spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with air conditioning and a super comfortable bed; I was truly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The breakfast attendants went out of their way to assist us, offering friendly recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The hotel’s central location was ideal, delivering fantastic value for money—I can’t imagine a better choice for my stay in Rome and would definitely return. I found nothing to criticize.
