Perched on a hill above Vendicari Wildlife Reserve, Hotel La Corte del Sole is a fully renovated 19th‑century farmhouse just 1 km from the Mediterranean. Its panoramic setting, green surroundings, outdoor pool, and proximity to Noto’s UNESCO heritage and Eloro ruins create a tranquil retreat. Rooms blend modern comforts with Sicilian terracotta, white stone, and sandstone.

The room had a single window facing the inner courtyard where the reception and restaurant are, and it was noisy from 6 am with the door slamming until 12 am. It was expensive for what it is and not worth it considering the much better alternatives in the region.

Nice location, old masseria, large and quiet rooms. No private beach, but great arrangements with nearby or slightly more remote beaches that were superb. Nothing, everything was perfect.

One word: STUPENDO!!! Set in the countryside near Noto, “Corte del Sole” is the ideal place for a short or long stay to immerse in peace, relaxation, within a spacious, well‑organized, well‑maintained property. The staff are highly professional, ready, helpful, and prepared. The property is very large and offers several spaces, including a pool that, though small for the number of available seats, is well arranged and provides loungers and umbrellas; and if you forget your towel, there’s no worry, they’ll give you one. And how could you not have a drink by the pool while watching the countryside with the Vendicari reserve in the background? A small bar is available for their services. By the way, they also have a private road that takes you down to the sea. Inside, you’ll find a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes with the backdrop and freshness of the countryside. In a dedicated farmhouse, you’ll find breakfast served: Italian and continental, rich, fresh, delicious, and varied. Finally, the property offers a large parking lot, partially covered. All around, the green is clean and well cared for. We’ll see each other next season. Thank you for everything. Everything was fine.
