I really appreciated my one‑night stay here. The reception staff were very welcoming and kindly offered me a drink voucher for the Sky Bar, which was a lovely touch. It made my stay feel extra special. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The spot’s right by the river, easy walking distance to cafés and restaurants, and the staff spoke solid English. The buffet breakfast was included and pretty good. The indoor pool felt a bit plain, and the spa attendants couldn’t recall our reservation.

The location is good. The place is clean. The breakfast offers no variety and only vanilla coffee 🤨

The view was absolutely stunning, and that’s really the big plus of this place. However, the staff’s welcome was very disappointing. I even felt like I had crossed into another country when I arrived: no greeting, very little friendliness, and a clear lack of hospitality. It’s a shame because with such an exceptional setting, warm and smiling staff would have made the experience far more enjoyable.

The hotel is satisfactory but the town is not very touristy. It’s a bit pricey for the city.
