I liked the place 👍, but the swimming pools were a let‑down.

The suite was huge, spotlessly clean, and we appreciated knowing the name of the person who tidied our room; however, there was only one soap for the two adults in our one‑night stay, which felt insufficient.

The location was fine, but when I entered the room the door wouldn’t shut—after several attempts and a bit of force I had to lift it to close it, and the walls had small holes while the bathroom showed mold stains.
