Everything was nice: the kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the location was easy to find, close to bars and cafés and within easy reach of the city center; a small rug in the bathroom would have been nice.

The spot is great and the staff were easy to talk to, but the cleaning needs a full overhaul. The room wasn’t clean.

The restaurant right across from the apartment, Nova Rota Sublima, was fantastic. The room had mold on the bathroom and bedroom walls, a lot of ants, a small bed, and a mattress that was too thin. Maintenance was generally poor. It’s a shame because the décor is modern and tasteful. The worst part was that we reported the issues right away through the booking messaging system with photos via WhatsApp as they requested. We received a prompt reply (since everything is handled remotely) saying they would send the cleaning crew that day (they asked for a time, etc.) and nobody showed up. Remote management failed completely. We didn’t like the inflexibility of the check‑in times; 4 p.m. seemed too late to us and we were denied even after politely requesting. We also noticed that some rooms were still vacant!

The location is excellent, close to the Crystal Palace and Cedofeita, with great transport links, a supermarket, and local shops right near the house; the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a washing machine. A quiet courtyard is available for relaxing, working outdoors, or just taking a break. Coffee is provided and guests can share some items (olive oil, salt, spices). The room is small but comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the landscaped rear of several buildings. The room’s lighting system needs improvement; the ceiling light doesn’t turn off automatically with the others. A lamp on the bedside table would provide softer or work light.
