The cleanliness and staff were top-notch, and the spa, gaming area, and meals (especially breakfast) were all fantastic. The entertainment options were also great. However, the large pool was a bit of a letdown as it wasn't heated in October.

I've been coming to this hotel for five years now, and everything was just as wonderful as ever. The food, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent, and they definitely give you your money's worth.

Unfortunately, everything costs extra here, and the hotel Wi-Fi is pretty slow. That's a bit of a disappointment.

The staff were super helpful, and the evening entertainment was great. They even fixed the air conditioning in my room right away when it wasn't working. The animation team organized some really fun activities, and the pool was huge and had plenty of sun loungers and no early towel restrictions. Plus, they had delicious smoothies for sale at a reasonable price.

The hotel's architecture is impressive, with two pools, a hammam, and a few shops on site. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the food is plentiful. However, the staff entered our room despite the "do not disturb" sign, and the cleaning was subpar. We also had to pay a small fortune to get to nearby cities, and there's no pharmacy on the premises. Regular transfers to the nearest cities would be a big plus.
