The staff were wonderful and the setting among palm trees near the Dead Sea beaches is lovely. There’s a pool, plus a smaller one for kids, plenty of birds, and I had breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The room had a big window overlooking the grass and a balcony. I wasn’t sure at first if breakfast would be room‑served or in the lobby, but eventually I had it with coffee at the lobby tables.

The rooms are beautifully restored right in the middle of the kibbutz, all clean and tidy. Finding the location was a bit odd.

They swapped our booking for the Kalia resort after an error with a coral regarding our reservation. The service was excellent, and we received a stunning room and a birthday gift. We really love Kalia.

We loved everything and it was simply wonderful! The only reason we gave a 9 out of 10 instead of 10 is that the balcony is old, very dirty with leaves. I recommend the place consider cleaning it during room cleaning.
