Bright rooms offer TV, ensuite bathroom, and complimentary Wi‑Fi. Within five minutes, the University of Vienna and Sigmund Freud Museum appear; St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Burgtheater, and City Hall lie 10‑20 minutes away.

The spot was ultra‑central, the setting historic, and the rooms tidy; the triple room had a third bed that felt like a makeshift addition, yet the price was genuinely economical. The third bed, however, should have been a proper bed, not an emergency add‑on.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Even though we arrived on a Saturday, everything was organized and we settled in without any hassle. Peter was especially attentive and helpful, making things easier for us. The location is a stone’s throw from public transport and a short walk from the historic centre and Karlplatz. The room had no Wi‑Fi; we had to go down to reception, which wasn’t great. There was a strong garlic smell in the common area between rooms.

The place is spot‑on and the staff were genuinely friendly; we still had almost half a day after checkout to catch our train, and they let us store our luggage free of charge. Nothing else to complain about.

The location is excellent. The mattresses were noticeably worn in places, the door frame was dirty, and there was grime under the light switch on the wall.
