I booked this hotel with breakfast included, then added another day. I told them I wanted the same service the next day; when I went for breakfast they said it wasn't included. I had already said I wanted it again, so I was very disappointed. I ended up paying extra for breakfast.

The location and breakfast are great, but the parking area, entry floor, and reception lobby are on different levels.

The staff are friendly and eager to help. I especially want to highlight a cheerful young lady named RAJDEEP at the buffet restaurant; she's extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my family, and I think she's a star. The gym is disorganized and smells, even though I understand they moved it from its original spot to a temporary location, but customers still expect it to be fully functional.

Upon arrival, I found the room spacious, the staff cooperative, and the breakfast spread nice.

There were good highlights, yet there were also good shortcomings.
