The room was super comfy and spotless, and the kitchen was huge, fully stocked and open all night – great for a budget in Puerto Natales. But the other guests were a bit careless with the kitchen, and when I was the last one to cook that evening I got a harsh reminder that made me feel watched. It was a bit unsettling and took away from the relaxed vibe.

The place is in an incredible spot, the staff were super kind, and the room was very comfortable. I had no complaints.

The staff let us keep our bags for four days, the dining room was huge, the kitchen was well‑equipped, and there were several bathrooms with hot showers. The room itself was comfortable and roomy, so everything felt easy.

Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit, and having a private room was a plus. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, but there was no kitchen for personal use, which was a bit of a downside.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and the place was a good price. The kitchen often ran out of soap, and it seemed like other guests were taking cutlery – there were only two forks and three plates, so more supplies would help.
