The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the location was in downtown but just a short walk to the Red River, and overall it was just a very pleasant experience.

The hot water was a lifesaver, but unfortunately, the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. They'd smoke in the room, which was pretty gross, and they weren't exactly friendly. I mean, I've had better service at a hostel.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially Lé Thi Thu, who went out of her way to offer helpful advice. Unfortunately, the gym was a bit neglected, and the pool was closed during my stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with incredibly friendly staff and super comfy beds. They even arranged a car for us to visit Ninh Binh, which was a huge plus. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy during the day due to the street traffic, but you won't hear a thing at night.
