“Beautiful hotel with relaxing pools and amazing cove”

The hotel is gorgeous, the room is tastefully decorated, and having a balcony with a sea view was a real treat; the cove is just a stone’s throw away. The sink in the bathroom is too small for two people, and there’s hardly any storage for toiletries. All the pools were fantastic, but it was frustrating that no sun beds were available because people kept leaving their towels and just staying for hours; the hotel should enforce a stricter policy so everyone can use the facilities. The staff were pleasant, yet we waited a long time for lunch. The evening buffet was excellent with a wide selection, but the dessert area lacked enough refrigeration, so many yogurts and desserts were not properly chilled.

Breakfast was outstanding, the staff were very attentive, the room was neither too small nor too large, the grounds were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied, but I think the evening buffet could offer more hot dishes; the selection felt too limited.

“Muy buena experiencia”

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the buffet service is good. The air conditioning didn’t work well, but the staff were very kind and eventually moved us to a different room. The rooms are somewhat pricey for what they offer.

The booking was fine. The pool location, indoor dining, rocky beach access, discrepancy with photos, distance from the center, lack of activity, and the bathroom were all disappointing.

The facilities and services are excellent. I would have liked the beach bar and pool to have longer opening hours.
